When your trip ends, we pick it up and handle the dump. You just leave. No towing. No setup. No cleanup. Built for families. A private queen bedroom up front, full over full bunks in back for the kids, and a big slide out so nobody's stepping over each other. Full private bathroom with a real hot shower, no late night walks to the bathhouse. The kitchen has a 3 burner range with oven, double door fridge, and microwave, stocked with cookware, dishes, pantry staples, and a coffee maker. Outside there's an outdoor kitchen prep counter, Bluetooth speakers, and a 20 foot power awning with lights. We set it up the way we'd want it for our own family. You just bring food and the people you like. The prep fee covers sanitizing, fresh linens, full propane, and the dump and cleanup when you're done. Need extra chairs, a table, or coolers? Message us. Already in the trailer when you arrive: cookware, dishes, utensils, dish soap, and a coffee maker (bring your own filters). Bath towels and a starter supply of RV safe toilet paper. Full linens, pillows, and comforters, all made up. Plus camp chairs and a patio mat ready to go. A few house rules so it stays nice for the next family: leave it swept out and wiped down with trash gone, strip the bedding off the queen before you go, and leave dirty towels in the shower. Possibly pet friendly with a heads up before booking. (low shedding dogs) No smoking inside. No festivals. Available 3 days up to 3 months, delivered up to 150 miles from Galt. Want to tow it yourself? That's fine too, just ask.
