This is a nice travel trailer which is so light, just about any SUV can pull it! It is equipped with everything you can possibly need for your trip-just grab your clothes and food! It even has a beautiful electric fireplace! Many upgraded features including: - 36” Amazon smart tv on full motion swivel system - Upgraded memory foam queen mattress - Double mattress pads on both bunks - Multiple additional outlets including USB and USB C - Organizers for each bunk - 4 drawer dresser -Shoe rack INSIDE extras: - Many family friendly games - Good quality, fresh linens including towels and wash clothes - Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom - Keurig coffee maker - Paper towels and (rv) toilet paper - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Basic spices and seasoning - First aid supplies -Cleaning supplies and broom - A/C - Electric fireplace heater - Vent fan inside kitchen OUTSIDE stuff: - Outdoor lights for trailer and solar lights for camp - Sewer hose and gravity track - Water hose with filter and water pressure valve - 4 stabilizers with blocks - Rubber tire chocks - 30 amp extension cord with 15 amp adapter and surge protector - Antenna for local tv channels - Hitch lock - 4000w Fireman generator which runs on propane (with add on) No festivals of any kind! Must be experienced in towing trailers in order to pick up. Pick up and drop off times are flexible based off both parties availability and will be agreed upon before reservation. Upon pickup or drop-off of trailer, plan for a 1 hour walk through and tutorial on the trailer. We are available 24/7 while on your trip!
