You are viewing a 2016 Thor Majestic 28A that is a 30ft Motor home. This coach has 4 sleeping areas that include a Queen bed in master bedroom, cab over bed, and a kitchen table and couch that convert to beds. There are 9 seat belts total but can sleep 6. Two approved child seat belt areas with hooks. There is lots of storage in the RV and a large storage area underneath the RV. The RV is equipped with an on-board generator. Unfortunately, we don't allow pets due to child allergies so please make accommodations for your furry loved ones. We also do not allow off-road use of our RV due to excessive wear on vehicle and very low clearance. No smoking. If the smell of smoke is detectable in the RV there will be a $1000 fee. We try our best to make your rental experience as comfortable and convenient as possible by including most necessary amenities. Please see the detailed list below. We ask that you return the RV in the condition that you received it in to avoid additional charges.. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We try to answer questions as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours. Included amenities: There are two TVs (cab over/living area, and master bedroom) with HDMI, to watch your movies from mobile devices (bring your own cables). Deep cleaning for smoking-$1000 Late Fee (full nights charge +$75) If returned more than 2 hours late unless previous accommodations have been made prior to booking.
