Both ends fold out with queen beds to easily sleep four, and sleep a couple more shorter people on the dinette and jack-knife sofa. Bed Dimensions - (2) End Fold Down Queen Beds: 60" x 80" - Dinette: 42" x 69" - Jack-Knife Sofa: 42" x 68" The trailer is 3,100 lbs empty and 3,800 lbs fully loaded. Please verify your tow vehicle has a 7-pin connection and at least a 4,000 lb towing capacity. If you don't have a brake controller we have a Bluetooth brake controller that works with a smart phone for a flat rate of $20. Rental Includes: - 2 Gallon stock pot, 4 quart pot, and 10" Skillet - Re-usable plastic plates, bowls, cups, and silverware - RV Toilet Paper - Propane Usage You will need to bring: - Cooking Utensils - Spoons, spatulas, ladels, etc... - Your own linens - Hand/dish towels, bath towels, sheets and blankets or sleeping bags - Camping Chairs - Generator if needed for dry camping. 2 night rentals will be considered for an additional $75 Cleaning/Turnover Fee.
