*Delivery only* One of the best floor plans for a family! We love it and you will too! We are only offering delivery and pick up service. We will do the towing for you! Delivery fee includes setup and takedown of the trailer, including filling, emptying and cleaning water tanks. ($25 additional fee if campsite does not have a sewer dump or hookup) Sleeps 10! Private queen master bedroom in the front and a separate, private bunk room in the rear. Two additional hideaway beds in the couch and dinette offer more sleeping room. TVs for the bunkroom, living area, queen room and optional outside TV setup. 3 power slides, large power awning, and outdoor kitchen (with refrigerator, sink and 2 gas burners) are perfect for glamping. Back bunkroom has 2 slides that creates a large, private room with 3 twin and 1 queen bed. The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and boiling water kettle for use with shore power. Tankless water heater provides unlimited hot water. Keyless entry. The large bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and tub/shower. Freshwater holding tank with 40 gallons and both gray water and blackwater holding tanks with 40 gallons each. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. Note: Generator not included with the rental. Available to rent for $25/day. *ADDITIONAL PICKUP & DROP OFF INFORMATION* Please have drivers license of main qualified renter available at check in. We take a picture to keep on file. We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disposable gloves, disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap. After you return the camper we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage charges if necessary). *WHAT'S INCLUDED* We include pots, pans, plates, utensils, and more. Everything we camp with is here for you to use. Toilet paper,soap, bathroom basics included with the rental. *OTHER THINGS TO NOTE* Please enjoy your time in the camper and return in good condition so that we can enjoy our time too. We have a minimal cleaning fee of $100 for cleaning and sanitizing. If the camper is returned dirty and takes longer than an hour to clean we will keep a portion of your deposit. No smoking. No Pets. No Festivals or Parties.
