This a roomy travel trailer has a master bedroom, living, dining, kitchen (indoor and out) with a bunkhouse (4 twin beds (1 has weight limit of 100 lbs.). Perfect for your next trip, whether it's a quick weekend getaway or a weeklong stay! Please review the listing to make sure your camping spot can fit the camper. This 38ft Travel Trailer includes -50 amp -2 slide outs on back (driver) side. -2 entry doors with combination lock (on passenger side). Main doorsteps has a handrail. -master bedroom with queen bed and full sliding doors -Bunkhouse sleeps 4 (one bunk has max weight of 100lbs) -electric fireplace -U shaped dinette sits 4 comfortably 6 all together and converts to full size bed -jackknife sofa (converts to a small sleeper -Bed linens -Towels and washcloths -paper towels (2 Rolls) -hand soap -dish soap - toilet paper (3 rolls, Only RV/Marine TP is to be used) -3 burner stove with hood ventilation -oven -microwave -Full size refrigerator and freezer -Smart TV in main living area with Superbox -Smart TV in master bedroom with VSee box. -Smart TV in bunkhouse -BT/FM/AM Radio includes Aux, USB and HDMI with speakers indoor and outdoor -Blu-ray player -Outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink / quick connect to hook up griddle -small portable table. -Small Keurig coffee maker -Plates, cups, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, pots, pans and cooking utensils -Trash bags - 16ft power retractable awning with LED lighting -Instant hot water heater -Fresh water hose, pressure regulator and filter -Sewer hose and connectors -electrical cords (30/50) and surge protector If by chance we allow a : ( local rentals) ***Trailer Break is REQUIRED and your vehicle must meet the towing capacity. *** Rules: I know rules are not fun but are needed to ensure safety and fun is had by all. -No festivals of any kind. -We will allow up to 2 dogs, we just ask that you are responsible pet owner and clean up after them and that they stay off furniture to avoid any damages. A fee may be charge if there is an excess pet hair or mess or item broken/chewed on. No rodents, bunnies, monkeys, birds or reptiles. -We have a very strict no smoking/vaping/illegal drug policy. -Please keep the trailer clean and treat it as if it were your own camper. -Going onto the Roof of camper is NOT permitted. -See rental agreement for all Rules. Notes on DELIVERIES: Monday-Friday, the drop off time with a delivery time could be 4:30-6:00pm (depending on traffic and/or distance). As we do have Full-Time Jobs. All delivery pick-ups will be prior to the campground check out time, if there is one, so you are not charged another night at the campground. Saturday/Sunday delivery/pickups we are more flexible and bring the camper earlier or pick up later if needed. However, if delivery is needed sooner than 4:30pm Monday-Friday and rental reservation is placed well in advance, we are happy to work with you. Just send us a message. Our range is 100 miles from our Home Base. However, if it is a Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) delivery and pick up we are happy to extend the milage range just send us a message. We are easy to work with.
