One of our favorite COE campgrounds to date. Very clean and well managed. The Walter F George reservoir is absolutely beautiful. Lots of waterfowl. Plenty of sites to launch kayak/canoe. When the wind picks up the reservoir can get very choppy however, there are several coves to explore with small craft.

Great spots, lake side, and excellent access to fishing and fun by the lake. The approach to the campground is sketchy, you roll through what looks like a trailer park but it gets better once you are on the camp ground property.

Nice campground, just wish they didn't save so many full hookup sites for volunteers (5 sites when only 2 are being used). They are closing the walking trail so only road walks now. Walking around the lake edge is nice if the water is down.

Very easy and pleasant check-in, clean bathrooms and very clean sites. Quiet when we were there. One item, no campfire wood was sold there and nearest town is 15 or so minutes. Not much around so plan ahead if you need groceries, etc.

Campsights were clean and well separated from each other. We camped with 4 other campers and had a great time. Would come back again absolutely!

Perfect birthday holiday! A little scary with the tornado warning, but thoroughly enjoyable.

It was farther from Eufala than expected but the site was very nice.
