We stayed in campsite 54 and it was very nice and clean, there is no view to the lake but the amount of space we had made up for that. There is enough room if you needed to put up tents. The only downfall was the ants, make sure you take ant poison and put it on EVERYTHING that touches the ground! The shower house was very nice and clean as well. The beach was super nice and also the fishing and swimming area. I only rated 4 because of the ants but we will definitely be back! Oh and the people that was up front were super nice and even came back down to greet us after we got settled in.

HC is our favorite campground. Have been staying here several times a year for past 10 years. Well maintained, except grass is being allowed to grow higher this year before cutting, but still a great place to stay. Sites are good size and many have access to the water. Managers are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay and will go back. The only issue is that I didn’t find any good places to fish from the bank, but I’ll have another look on my next visit.

A beautiful park. I plan to visit this one again! It seems to be well-run and managed.

Love the atmosphere. Picked up a couple of ticks. That is the only negative thing I can say.
