What Guests Are Saying
Pickensville Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with a beautiful riverside view, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities like biking. The campground is noted for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, with many guests expressing a desire to return. While some facilities, like certain bathrooms, show signs of age and there are limited full hookups, ongoing improvements are being made to enhance the overall experience.

We had a great time at Pickensville Campground. It’s easy to get to with good RV friendly roads and it’s right on the Tenn-Tom Waterway. We stayed on a waterfront, full-hookup, back-in site. The very clean and warm restroom and bathhouse was only a few steps away. We will definitely be back.

Went walking a lot down the road a bit by the dam. Aliceville has 2 groceries, but I preferred to go to Brooksville (west on 388). Magnolia market and Tem’s market in Brooksville are both well worth a visit.
