Best Camp Ground in North Alabama. Stayed in FireFly Loop, sites good size most are flat with little leveling of rv.
FULL HOOK UP! Clean, Quite, Plenty of room between sites. Staff very friendly. ONLY ISSUE is they close way to soon in the season. They close at the end of October, should keep this camp ground open YEAR AROUND. At least one of the loops if it is a cost issue. I am sure this camp ground would stay full YEAR AROUND due to the mild winters in Alabama.

We were in yellow hammer 13. A very large site. Loved the space.
The lady's who worked there were wonderful from checking in through getting soaked during the rain storm on Friday night warning us and explaining that the restrooms were the safe places to go. Will be back again in October.

Always enjoy camping at the Corinth Campground. Not having the bathhouses open is still a inconvenience. The campsites are always clean and litter free and mowed to perfection!

One of our favorite campgrounds. I was born and raised in Winston County, Al. I got to see the dam being built and the lake filling up. Our friends came for the first time and plan on bringing their son and his family back with them. We like Firefly loop the best and hope to be back before Corinth closes for the winter. We and our friends all live in Tennessee.

This is a very quite place. There is very little to do for children unless they go to the swimming area (summer). In the first loop the lots are not right on top of each other. The second loop are closer but still not as close as most campground.

This park was very enjoyable. There was solitude and large separation of sites. Cellphone service was good as well. This is a very well maintained park. We stayed in the Firefly loop and have no complaints at all. Will keep this on our list of "go back to" locations. We did have to get in the vehicle and travel a few miles to get to hiking locations. The nearest mid size city, Cullman, was about 25 miles away. There were some closer small towns if you just need an item or two. Other than that, good experience.

The map on the reservation site is very difficult to tell much about. For a first time visitor, we were reserving with very little to go on. The new camp host, Jennifer, was very nice and very helpful. We were told on the phone that this was a Corp of Engineer park, but we found out it was not and also the discount was very different with our card from Corp of Engineer parks. The rules are the strictest we have ever encountered (regarding the number of tires to touch dirt or grass, the number of cars allowed even for a short period, the rule about not leaving your campsite vacant for more than 24 hours, ) We were surprised at the number of closed bathhouses. Our stay was very nice and quiet while we were there. The park is beautiful.
