What Guests Are Saying
White Oak Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice among campers. Many enjoy the spacious, well-maintained sites, particularly those by the water, and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere despite some noise from motorized boats. While there are occasional concerns about restroom cleanliness and the need for better maintenance, most visitors express a desire to return.

White Oak Creek is our go-to campground within a day's travel. It's always well-kept and beautiful. The only drawback is weekends during the warmer months with boaters and jet skiers cruising the shoreline (over our fishing lines) and/or speeding up and down the channel. A no wake zone and/or stay-clear sign would be a welcome addition... but I'm not expecting it.

We love this campground. If there is anything I would say needs to improve, it would be to cut the trees down in #16. They are very tricky to maneuver. And who needs that added stress when backing the camper in, Am I right?!! lol!

The site I was in (MP19) was not a good choice for my camper and the long wheel base on my truck. This was my fault as it was the site I chose as I have never been to this park before. After scoping out all of the sites in the park I will definitely choose a different location. Overall, the park is very nice and even though a lot of people are there it is very quiet. The gates close at 10pm and open at 7am so get there outside of those hours. The restrooms are clean but dated. Plenty of hot water. The laundry facilities for our site were broken. I believe the other ones in the park were working. We didn't have to do laundry so I'm not sure on this. The dump station was easy to get in and out. Bring ant spray! Ants are all over this park.

We stayed in site #34, it was fair but somewhat soggy off the gravel. We were camping with family who stayed in site #33. Site 33 was hard to back into and had a large pine tree that didn’t allow the awning to be used on their camper. Another tree was directly behind the camper and would not allow the slide to extend completely. Site 33 should be designated for tent camping only. Camp hosts could be more welcoming as well.

We love White Oak Creek!! This was our 3rd time here. Sites are large and well spaced between. This is a great campground for biking and walking. We’ve never had a problem with cell reception (we’ve had Verizon and T-mobile) Shopping and dining are not far away. This park is one of our top 5 favorites!!!
