What Guests Are Saying
Isaac Creek is a well-maintained and beautiful campground located along the Alabama River, offering a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts, good site spacing, and excellent amenities, making it ideal for fishing and enjoying nature. However, some travelers noted a lack of sewer hookups and occasional issues with electrical connections, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experiences.

The lady at the campground entrance was very friendly, informative and helpful. The washer and dryer at each restroom/ shower house proved to be convenient. The sites were nice, well spaced and spacious. Winter is bad time of year for hiking trails. Was inexpensive for seniors. Would like to have toured the dam and locks. Some bike paths would be nice.

We absolutely loved this park. Great for walking or bike riding. The sites are spacious and access with our 44’ motorhome was simple.
We thoroughly relaxed and extended our stay twice.

The campground and facilities were clean. The staff was extremely friendly (the gate host even gave us some of her personal firewood.)

Lovely park. Close to paper mill so there is some smell particularly in the morning. Not too crowded so was nice and quiet. I was in lot 54. This lot seems to be a little low so with the large quantity of recent rains it was a bit flooded. I could have moved however. There are several nice pull through lots. Bathhouse was nice. Also have laundry. Will be back.

Loved the fact it is truly out in nature (away from towns), no misc car’s driving around the campground. Need secondary shower curtains in showers. Restroom and shower all kept clean. Washer and dryers in good working condition. Quiet and pleasant.
