The lot had a bad slope at the entrance side. When you go in and out of the door there a major step of getting in and out. The lot would be nice if they would go out a little bit and build a platform of something of making easier of getting in the camper. If you have children it’s dangerous because they can fall down that side and get hurt bad.

Park managers are super nice and helpful. Large campsites. Most sites are lakefront. Very clean restrooms and shower facilities. Campground is clean and kept up.

The camp is beautiful. It was full of people yet quite and peaceful. I wish I could have stayed longer.
The bathhouse was pretty good compared to other camp bath houses. Nothing amazing though.
My only problem occurred when I needed to leave before the gate was opened. I didn't realize I would be locked in. I didn't think of asking anyone, nor did anyone ask me about my departure time. I felt bad calling the camp host well before 6am. I was surprised to find that the gates don't open until 7am.

From West Point Georgia, travel north on Stateline Road/County Road 212 for approximately 7 miles, and watch for a sign for the campground on the right side of the road. County Road 393 on the right leads directly into the campground entrance.
The campground is accessible via County Road 212, which connects to U.S. Route 431 approximately 12 miles to the west.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
