An extremely clean and well cared for park! Accidentally stumbled upon this gem of a spot and will definitely be returning! Very gorgeous trials and a perfect dock over seeing the sun set behind an incredible damned river lake.
The park staff was very friendly, and the grounds keeper went above and beyond to help identify a camper tech issue that popped up the day we went to check out. Very welcoming and clean stay!

The Site we had booked was amazing. Extremely clean and nicely set up. The view was spectacular. Getting backed into the site was very easy to do because of the large turn around area. Everyone at the gate was very nice and make check in a breeze. Employees were kind and helpful. The trails are clearly marked and easy to navigate. We will gladly go back and stay again! If I just had to nitpick an issue, I would just say there was a lot of poison ivy around the edges of the campsite, which may not be an issue for some, but I am highly allergic so I had to be careful and stay on the paved area.

This is one of the nicest ACoE campgrounds I've stayed at. The volunteers do an amazing job maintaining the park and it is nicely secluded from outside noises, aside from an occasional boat.
