Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Check-in is after 1:00 PM; early check-in may incur a fee.

Safety & rules

General rules and policies for Oakwood Cove RV Park.
Rules are established for safety and enjoyment, maintaining a clean environment.
The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park; drive cautiously.
All park agreements are renewed at management's discretion.
Guidelines for site use and appearance.
AC units must be off when the RV is unoccupied; violations incur a $10 daily fine.
Tampering with electrical panels is illegal and will be prosecuted.
Outside lighting must be on a timer to save energy.
Trash must go in designated cans for weekly pickup.
Guidelines for vehicle and equipment restrictions.
Children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Excessive noise, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct are prohibited.

Firearms must be secured and cannot be discharged or shown.

The park is not liable for personal property loss or damage.

Site types & loops

Only qualified mobile RV units are allowed on RV sites; buses and altered vehicles are not permitted.
Keep wheels and hitches intact while at the park.
Allowed outdoor items include patio furniture, grills, bicycles, and firewood.
Indoor items not meant for outdoor use are not allowed.
Guests must keep their RV and site clean and tidy.
If a site is neglected, park staff can intervene at the occupant's cost.
Washing vehicles or RVs is not allowed and may incur fines.

Parking

altered vehicles are strictly prohibited.
● Sites may not be used for storage of boats, cars, or any other items beyond the primary RV.

Fees & deposits

Full payment is required before accessing the site.
Not paying site fees will lead to eviction.
A $25 late fee is charged on the 5th of each month for long-term residents.
Having more than two vehicles or boats per site incurs a $25 monthly fee.

Site capacity

Only registered guests can stay overnight; extra guests need management approval.
All guests need to be registered with management.
Overnight guests must be approved in advance.

Cancellation policy

Site reservations are non-refundable after the reservation period starts.
Cancellations at least 14 days before arrival may get a full refund minus a $25 fee.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival may get a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Early departures are not eligible for refunds regardless of the reason.
No refunds for unused days or amenities.
