Interesting and beautiful location, wished that more of the trails near the campground were dog friendly, also seems like there might be a better way to light the bathrooms at night so that they don't diminish the night sky. The stars were amazing when you make your way a bit from camp.

The ADA campsites were very wheelchair accessible.
Had a great time and very much enjoyed the evening ranger presentations at the amphitheater.

The requirement for tent spaces and RV spaces make little or no sense. I was in my Jeep and wanted to sleep in it if the wind was blowing. I was told that I would need a RV site. However I wanted to sleep outside on my cot if it was nice out. I was told I couldn’t do that if I was in an RV site. Ridiculous

It was a fine campground and we liked our tent site. However, it was early spring, the wind was blowing and the smell from the wastewater (collection site and open pool) was tough to bear. It smelled more like septic to me, but the ranger assured us it was just the grey water and the direction of the wind. It did finally pass, but we needed to be away from our campsite most of the day. There was plenty to keep us busy with hiking and driving around the park, so we certainly made do. If you are particularly sensitive to smells, make the sure the prevailing winds are in the right direction. Our site was along the very back of the campground, near the pumping station for grey water. That may not have helped. Just a caution; definitely should not deter you from checking out the area!

The lights under everyones car, campers are horrible. Blinking, strobe lights. A joke to try and enjoy the stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Twin Peaks this year. It was our fifth visit to the monument and campground. We enjoyed hiking Bull Pasture trail, driving North/South Blanco Road, visiting the oasis at Quitobaquito Springs and attending nightly ranger talks with our fellow campers

We’ve been coming to camp for 10 years and always look forward to our visit and we’ll continue to return. Just love it here. Great campground, lovely hiking opportunities, friendly visitor center staff, and wonderful evening programs with the rangers at the amphitheater.

It is a beautiful dry camping site. Very, very clean campground and the natural landscaping is beautiful. Bring all the food you need for your trip as it is very remote.

Don't take sites 28 if you are in a travel trailer or motor home. Palo verde tree over road, you cannot pull out without scratching your camper.
