Norm the host was very accommodating to my large trailer and family. We felt very welcome and the campground was clean. We loved being able to talk to the sunset crater monument. I definitely recommend this campground!

The campground host was very helpful and friendly. We have been in campgrounds where we never saw the host but Norm was very present and available. Sites were spacious and fairly level.

Drive 12 miles northeast of Flagstaff on US 89. Turn east (right) on FR 545 (toward Sunset Crater) and drive 2 miles to Bonito Campground. Campground entrance is just before the entrance station of Sunset Crater National Monument
Bonito Campground is accessible via US 89, located approximately 12 miles southwest of the campground. The campground can be reached by turning east on Forest Road 545 from US 89.
