Great campground with very nice hosts. Very clean toilets and clean sites all around. Site 29 has the best views in the grounds but a bit smaller footprint with this site. Your space really only consists of the tent pad and the fire pit/grill/table area. Very nice level gravel tent pad though. Beware this site though is right adjacent to a 60’ drop off of the rock cliff face.

Forest road in was a bit rough, but to be expected at the time of year we were there. Be sure to have a vehicle with clearance!
Close to Blue Ridge Reservoir, but the reservoir itself is not easily accessed if not kayaking or boating. Beautiful views from back of this campsite, however, and overall pretty clean and peaceful. Well off the beaten path!

I've never been to a cleaner campground. Each site was meticulously organized with designated spaces for your tent, nicely kept gravel walkways and common areas. No trash on the ground like I've found at so many other sites. The pit toilet was the cleanest I've even seen and was always well stocked. The camp hosts that I met were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely make the trip to camp there again one day.

Site #5 was well maintained, clean, and great location. Bathrooms were top notch - the staff maintained them twice a day and they really kept them immaculate. Running water was available and trash collection was a plus. Had a really great experience at this site. Will return.
