Rock Crossing Campground is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful views, making it a popular choice for families and groups. Campers appreciate the friendly hosts and easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking at the nearby Blue Ridge Reservoir. While the remote location means limited cell service and potential for wildlife encounters, many guests plan to return for the peaceful setting and enjoyable amenities.

Beautiful site, well spaced apart. Site 13 has three tent sites, located around the central picnic area. Bathrooms were very clean, the bear box was a useful amenity. There is so much to explore, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The camp hosts T and Art are great. Hard workers. Honestly these bathrooms are the absolute cleanest I’ve ever seen at this campground. Wow. Thank you. We always recommend this campground.
