Site 17 is very close to the highway so very noisy at night and lots of headlights. The sites are a little close together but well maintained. The camp hosts & his dog doodle were super friendly and very helpful! There was a fire across the street at the lake and our campground was evacuated. When we arrived back from our day of boating the campground was empty. We were told we could stay since the fire was out. Next time we will stay in a site further back in the campground. Bathrooms were super clean and lots of them throughout the campground.

We had spot 21. Very close to the restroom which I was concerned that the smell would be bad. Surprisingly it was not. The restroom was cleaned 3x a day that we saw.
The campsite was also very clean. No litter at all from the previous campers.
Pad to park the camper was very large and easy to park.
The camp host Jermey was wonderful. He was the one keeping everything so clean. He was very friendly and gave us great information about the area.
There were only 2 negatives on this trip. The first was about this spot. It is very close to the main road. The cars/trucks driving past kept us up throughout the night. The second was our luck. We came up on a weekend that did not allow campfires. No smores. :-(
Great spot to take the family! Will defiantly be back.
