For solar power, Sharp Creek is a bright place. For hiking Trailhead 260 to Drew trail is great. And a short drive to the Rim gives a less challenging walk on paved path.

Excellent location and with all access for our family since we have a son in a wheelchair. Good access to bathroom and space. Exceeded our expectations.

The sites are very small, open and close together (not a lot of privacy). Upon arriving we asked a couple of the workers if we could set up our tent anywhere on our site and they said yes (we even confirmed where we were going to put the tents) after we set up our entire campsite the hosts come by and inform us that we need to move all of our tents into the tent pad (super small area and super close to the fire and picnic table) so we had to empty everything out of our tents and move them, play puzzle trying to fit everything in the tent pad etc. we will not be returning.

Sam and Donna who I came in contact with were so sweet and kind. I loved my stay. They had fresh water for my RV, no dump station but you can dump at the local speedway gas station for free. The campsite was quiet, no complaints restroom were clean. I definitely recommend staying here.
