What Guests Are Saying
Burnt Corral Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting along Apache Lake, with friendly and helpful hosts. Many guests appreciated the spacious campsites, clean facilities, and peaceful environment, making it a great spot for water activities and nature enjoyment. However, there are concerns about pricing inconsistencies, restroom cleanliness, noise from other campers, and issues with trash management that detract from the overall experience.

Great campground many sites on lakeshore. far apart, with large flat areas for tents, many trees for shade, great views of lake. Some spots away from shore were small and shoulder to shoulder, so keep that in mind. November almost empty thru week, 80' clear weather made peaceful tenting and kayaking! Toilets are distance apart though. Pull up kayak to campsite shore, have campfire and enjoy sunset. Javalina and coyote packs come thru campsites, keep dogs controlled. Are club will be back.

Beautiful location! We love Apache Lake for kayaking and camp here every year first of May. It is perfect on the weekdays but VERY busy on the weekends. Composting toilets are pretty smelly, people just won’t close toilet lids and doors to the bathroom even though there are specific instructions. The variety of birds is amazing. We had a resident Vermillion Flycatcher in our campsite and several male and female Cardinals, yellow warblers, Lucy’s warblers and Vireos. Always something to do!

One of the best locations in Arizona by far. This campground is easily accessible in a truck and has plenty of parking for friends and family. Tons of room and easy access to the water!

The campground was ready to go when I got there. Clean. Bathrooms were in decent condition for being vault. Quiet hours seemed to go until midnight and would have preferred 10p.

Have a family of Seven and our site was right by the swimming area and it was great. Kids loved playing in the water. The site was clean and close to water and the bathrooms. Plenty of shade as well.
