What Guests Are Saying
Burnt Corral Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting along Apache Lake, with friendly and helpful hosts. Many guests appreciated the spacious campsites, clean facilities, and peaceful environment, making it a great spot for water activities and nature enjoyment. However, there are concerns about pricing inconsistencies, restroom cleanliness, noise from other campers, and issues with trash management that detract from the overall experience.

Apache Lake is one of the most beautiful places in Arizona. We love camping at Burnt Corral. If the campgrounds are not too busy, you might see wildlife.

Campsites are big with fire pits; some have covered picnic tables. These sites for 5e most part setup for tents. Sites are not very level and cribbing and blocks are a must to level trailers and rvs. The campsites themselves are not cleaned very well. Our site had a tshirt or rag left in the fire pit along with some other trash. The camp toilets also were not cleaned well. Maybe they are inspected once a day and restocked. Loud music, generators, campers after quiet hours is not enforced. Only saw the camp hosts one time. Nobody ever came by to see if we had checked in and at the right campsite.
The road down is paved all the way, very tight with sharp corners go slow. There is absolutely no cellular service at the campsite, if you don’t have starlink you won’t have any service.

Beautiful and well maintained campground but did not like our site #15. The table was on a steep slope, which made it difficult to use.
