Very clean camspite that is well kept. The sites were large and provided plenty of room between sites. Loads of hiking and biking trails near by. The showers were warm and clean. I highly recommend this campground. SO MUCH FUN!

The campground was very crowded, which is unavoidable. But what gave me pause was many many people had fires, and many of the fires were smoking. The area I camped in had lots of tall ponderosa trees, so the smoke was held in all day and night. My friend did mention this to the staff but nothing was done to correct it. One family was burning dried grass; others cooking with I don't know what and using lighter fluid to start and keep fires going. Very dangerous. Since much of the southwest is burning or under fire warning, I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. I did talk to the main host on my way out (I left a day early) and she was receptive. I hope better care is taken to oversee a safer and healthier space.

Trails along Oak Creek at the campground entrance are easier to explore than at the south end of the campground.

It’s a beautiful setting. The bathrooms are clean, but the roads within the campground are very narrow and in bad shape (need repaving)

The campground was outstanding. Shady, clean and quiet. The staff were super helpful and the showers were clean and roomy. However the parking at the trailheads all around Sedona were slammed. I recommend starting your day early with your favorite trail and then have several backups for later in the day. Also there are several trails that are super close to the campground.

Cave springs is a great campground and the camp host's are the very best, they made us feel very welcomed. Lisa is the most wonderful host we have experienced.

It was quiet, clean and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for more. The staff was very friendly and professional. A couple of the staff was from Maine and they were very helpful to us and other campers. Highly recommended.
