We were informed it was tents only and there were campers all over the park. There where pit bull dogs and the people where rude. We would have brought are camper if we knew it was allowed. We will not go again

Very beautiful time of year to come up. No one around us. Bathrooms clean. Only down side was a little noisier from highway vehicles.

Small sites, close together. Overall campground had an unkept appearance. Bathrooms not clean. Left early. Would not stay again

The two ladies that were camp hosts were rude and condescending. I hope the donβt treat everyone as such and if so we hope they never get to host again.

How beautiful was Cave Springs? On a scale of 1-10, it would be an 11! The only reason we rated it so low was the lack of communication and other things that happened at the camp site. There wasn't any kind of warning about the camp firepits were so deep that you needed two bundles of wood to even cook with. We weren't told at check in nor did we see any information online about this (maybe I just didn't search that hard). The grill was attached to the firepit, which I loved, but we ended up having to walk all the way back to the entrance of the campground to buy more wood. The site attended even mentioned that they should start mentioning this during check in, but are currently not. Weird. We didn't mind it was so deep, but we had only brought one bundle of wood with us. So very inefficient to cook turkeyburgers! The only other complaint we had was that the showers were $4.00, which I didn't see mentioned online (again, I may have missed it in my excitement). there were only one set of showers for the entire campground and they were at the entrance with no RV parking. In other words.. so much walking. Other than that, we would definitely stay again!

Loved our 6 night stay here. It was a bit "people-y" on the inner loops, but sites on outer loops afforded more space. Stunning scenery. It gets cold at night in the fall, so come prepared π
