Site 4 was easy to find and a good fit for our 20' campervan. The sites are not very private, but are well organized and clean. The bathroom was also decently clean and had TP and hand sanitizer. We saw drinking water but did not use it. Very nice access to Sedona and Oak Creek trails.

This site was perfect! The water rushing from the creek was so peaceful. If I lived in this area I would camp here often!

Small campground but each sites are specious and leveled. Plenty of trees provide shade. Very close to the 89A. Traffic noise was not issue because oak creek’s constant water sounds. Clean and not smelly pit toilets.

Excellent campground. Site 7 is close to the road and bathrooms, so traffic disrupts the sound of the creek on the other side. But, campground has groves of poison oak.
New fire ring and charcoal grill. Clean, well stocked pit toilets with hand sanitizer.
Camp hosts are friendly. Sufficient firewood sold on site, $8 per bundle.
Conveniently located walking distance to trail that goes into canyon across road.
Would return for another trip.

The website description is VERY misleading. I booked a reservation believing there would be a parking space in the campsite and the parking space was along a wall. The space along the wall was not large enough for us to park our F150. When we approached the camp host trailer to see if we could get a refund, there was a sign that said "closed". We were there at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. If check-in is at 2pm on a Friday afternoon, WHY WOULD THE CAMP HOST be "closed" on such a busy 3-day weekend? You should clearly post photos of each space and the limited/restrictive parking. We ended up leaving the campground and spent the night in a designated primitive site, until finding another campground. You should refund us!

The campground is a great balance of accessibility and seclusion. And the camp host was exceptional, keeping everything clean and staying available to answer questions. Will be back.
