What a beautiful campsite! We loved being able to hear the running water from the creek nearby. I didn't use the bathroom facilities but all the other common spaces were very tidy. I would not hesitate to camp here again.

Don't count on privacy, the sites are packed in there pretty well, and tents or small vans is the way to go here. Great swimming hole on the creek.

Site 17 was great for us. Plenty of room for our two tents. It didn't have a view of the water but you could hear it, which was nice. We look forward to staying here again in the future. I can see why Manzanita campground gets fully booked quickly.

Nice quiet campground. Wish it had showers, but, wasn’t a big deal. Camp host was very nice and helpful. It was right next to the creak and close to slide rock. The only thing that I didn’t like was how dangerous the entrance and exit seem to be. They are one car wide and on a diagonal to the road. You can not really see one direction of traffic, I would actually go out the wrong direction of where we we’re going so I didn’t have to make a left turn, then make a u turn down the road. Overall, a positive experience for me and my two young boys.

Near Sedona area hiking and other amenities. Clear, cool stream is great for swimming. Sites are packed in too tightly with almost no vegetation between. Vault toilets were an older design but clean for their age. Campground host sold firewood - an increasingly rare amenity. Insufficient recycling.

We had a blast! The park is perfectly small and quiet. Placed along the scenic highway and the Oak River. River access is quite easy with a few places to dunk your whole body. The camp host were very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!!

Sites 18 is next to the river and the campground is beautiful. We had a few issues though, the main one being that the "drinking" water is undrinkable. It's yellow and tastes strongly like metal, even after we filtered it the taste remained so we had to buy water at the grocery store in sedona. The other issue is that the rules don't really seem to be enforced here, our neighbors were talking until 12, when we told them to be quieter, and let their fire die out instead of putting it out. This meant that our tent got smoked the whole night. The camphosts don't check anything

Small campground, and a bit closely-arranged, but excellent access to several wonderful and relaxing spots along the creek. Not much road noise. Great, easy trail to a popular swimming hole/cliff-jumping spot just south of campground. First time camping here, and it's a new fave. One caveat: the water from the camp spigots is rusty and smells like sulfur. Bring plenty of your own drinking water.
