Representative at the site was not able to confirm our online reservation, however he went out of his way to accommodate us and welcome us. The stay at the site was awesome. Atmosphere at the site was relaxed and cooperative and respectful. In spite of many people rising before sunrise and others staying up at night to enjoy fires after dark, everyone was happy and caring to others. Thank you and please pass on my gratitude to the staff at the site.

Great campground with a very hospitable camp host! Fell asleep to the sounds of the river each night and was right across the road from a great hike.

Campgound is a nice size, about 20 sites. Hosts where well organized with site reservations clearly marked. There is a nice stream that runs on the back side of the campground. The road noise is light in the day, traffic drops off at night and the campground is very quiet. About 10-15 minutes from Sedona where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. There are many easy walking and biking trails around Sedona. West of Sedona about 6 miles on a dirt road is Honanki heritage site, with the ruins of rock dwellings of the Sinagua, ancient Puebloan people; well worth the drive.

Great location and really nice camp host! We had a wonderful time exploring Sedona and some of the trails nearby. West fork was my favorite but you need to get there early. Parking lot fills up fast. It’s $11 cash to park in lot. We will be back for sure!

Just came back from a three day camping trip and my wife and I stayed at Manzanita. It was one of the best campsites we've visited. Dennis, one of the camp hosts, was available and friendly, and made us feel at home. This is a tent-only campsite and it gave the campgrounds a cozier vibe. We reserved Site 18, and we had a lot of space to move around and we were very close to the creek. There is drinking water available from a pump and although the vault toilets are a bit smelly, I saw Dennis and crew cleaning the restrooms frequently. Lots of people there, but thankfully everyone was really kind and everyone was following distancing measures and wearing masks when appropriate. All-in-all, it was amazing and we would definitely return!

Nice, small campground near a beautiful creek. Pit toilets were very clean/low odor. Would definitely stay here again.
