Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is beautiful and peaceful very clean . Be prepared the last 17 miles to the camp ground are a bit rough if you are in a class A, but it’s worth it when you get to the camp grounds definitely will go again.

Great spot, I went early in the week and very few people. I was told the camping spots had grills for cooking but only a few have grills (mine didn’t and I had to use my little gas camp stove) weather can’t be controlled and it was very windy. Fished from the bank from morning till night using a variety of things but not a nibble. Beautiful spot though.

The area to set up your tent is rather small. I had a 4 man tent and it pretty much filled, almost overfilled the area given. The area itself is beautiful! Unfortunately when I arrived it was just bad timing. There were 45 mph winds and was supposed to get down to 28° or so the next night. I was fine with the temperature but worried I would wake up with my tent blown down. I can’t wait to go back when it has better weather. The pit toilet was clean. The grounds were clean. AT&T had some coverage. I was able to text. Fellow campers were quiet and I felt safe there. I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful Campground. Not too close to other campers. Some of our party rented kayaks for an hour.

Great camp site. Bathrooms and grounds were kept very clean and in good order. Scott and his wife were the hosts and did an exceptional job. Very friendly and responsive. There’s a snack trailer with food. Large day use areas have plenty of room for gathering. I recommend giving it a try.

Campground is nice, but road to get into it is horrible, washboard - rattles your vehicle. We won't be camping there again.

We loved this campground and will definitely be back in the future. We stayed at spot 53C and did not know until the day before that could canNOT park AT your campsite, so carrying your stuff to and from the car can be quite a bit of work, but is doable. We'll probably pick a spot we can drive into next time. Camp Hosts were all "off duty" all week and barely said 2 words to us and never even asked if we needed help when changing out tire (two women and kids) or if they could help us with trash, as the trash cans closest to us were locked, but I guess that's better than being overbearing? The views were amazing and we actually didn't get bit up by bugs. We DID have skunks come into our camp every night and they were NOT scared at all. We basically had to wait them out each night....so be aware if you're staying in section C! Overall, great trip, but I'd maybe pick a different water front spot next time. Stopped at the Black Bear food truck twice and prices were decent and food and drinks were good. Oh, and the drive out there wasn't bad AT ALL. Better than Rim Rd, for sure.

Campsites are well spaced with almost all of them still having a view of the lake. Bathrooms are spotless and campground hosts were all very friendly and helpful. They even came around to deliver firewood and collect trash. I wish there was more of a general store there since it's a good 40 minutes from civilization but there is a food truck on site most days that has the basics. I don't often like to stay in the same place twice, but we will definitely be back.
