We stsyed in camp site 36 for 2 weeks in a 28 ft. class C motorhome. We also had a jeep gladiator towing a fishing boat. We were able to keep the boat in the water near our camp site, and were also able to launch our kayak from the beach there. The shoreline is fairly protected by islands there .

Alpine Ridge, Site 44. This site is perfect for me, my wife and our two Golden Retrievers. It’s time to give this site and the #42 right next to it some well deserved attention. We have had two incidents of skint knee because of how your front door steps are right at the edge of about a 8” drop off the asphalt. Please take a drive around there to inspect. Just adding a packed bed of gravel to make it a smooth step going to the picnic table or vice verse. Thank you for your consideration,

You know I my wife and I along with our golden retrievers love site 44. Even though it’s one of the older sites and needs some real help with a tricky drop off from the asphalt and exposed tree roots. Would love to see it renovated as many of the other sites have been. Thank you for the consideration.
