What Guests Are Saying
Toad Suck Campground offers a beautiful setting right on the Arkansas River, with clean facilities and friendly staff, making it a pleasant place for camping. Many visitors appreciate the spacious sites, good fishing opportunities, and the chance to watch boats navigate through the locks. However, concerns were raised about highway noise, traffic from non-campers, and limited bathroom facilities during peak times, which could affect the overall experience.

Park was nice and the dam was nice to watch. The trees were beautiful. The one negative thing was the bathrooms. It was like a sauna.

The guy working at the entry booth was t very helpful, using COVID as an excuse. Why couldn’t he look up the available sites for us and direct us where to go? We were left to blindly wander around the campground looking for an open site. Not easy after a long day of driving and getting dark.

Super nice campground! This was honestly one of the cleanest and well kept campgrounds I have been to. The sites were nice and level, the playground was nice for the kids, and we really just liked it all. The office staff were super nice also!
