The people that were camped in spot 10 across from us were burning motor oil or some kind of chemical out of jugs that stunk to high heaven, and I'm sure not good for the environment. It was definitely not firewood. Some kind of liquid. It worries me about camp cooking on firepits in the future.

This is a beautiful place! We saw three eagles and many other birds including giant white pelicans!
Love the sandy river! Very quiet and nice sized lots.

Campground was older which featured mature trees on most sites and many had shed roofs over the pick Nick tables. Bath houses could use new toilet seats and some attention to the faucets which give you a bath when you wash your hands 😂. Other than that sites are spacious and we had a nice stay.
