To be fair the lake was flooded so our site wasn’t easily accessible. Plus we had outhouses instead of bathrooms with running water. Shower house was better, just not real close to our site. The Lake is beautiful. The park hosts were very nice.

Very nice and peaceful campground. The lake water level was up but was perfect for site #13. Hope to return. Thanks Arkansas for the relaxing time.

Just had a very relaxing and enjoyable camping trip at Bidwell camp ground. The fish were biting, and the stripers were fighting hard. The camp host, Brian, is awesome and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Can’t wait to go back. Lots of shade and green space. Swimming place for kids. Everybody so friendly. The camp host makes the stay.

Eight of us camped at Bidwell Point for 6 nights. Five of us trecked down from Denver, One from Mississippi, one from Arkansas, and one from Missouri. We had planned on fishing in Colorado, but low water sent us south. We brought two fishing boats, and found Marina 101, just up the road had tie ups for us, which was just the ticket. BTW, 101 is nicer than Panther Bay.
Brian, the campground manager at Bidwell was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us to find room for our vehicles, and also helped me straighten up a problem with our reservations. The campgrounds are clean and comfortable. Access is good. The showers are free. People are friendly, and courteous. We definitely plan on staying here again!
