There is only electric at the sites and water bibs throughout the campground, some of which are a distance away from the roadway so a 50ft water hose is helpful. Bring extra leveling blocks as many of the sites are very off level.
We initially reserved pull-through site #32 but the slope was more than "moderate" as the site listed. We tried using everything we had plus blocks left at the site, but didn't have enough to level our trailer. Backing the truck up to hook up was difficult with a 7% incline and, if another rig our size had been in site #33, it would have been extremely challenging to leave with a sharp turn and little space to get on the roadway.
We also discovered the electric pedestal was out in #32. I was after hours on a Sunday and couldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked the website and pull-through site #33 was free for the week so we moved next door and left messages on the campsite phone about the pedestal outage and moving.
Site #33 was slightly less sloped but it still took every leveler we had with us plus the blocks left at the site. It was also a very tight fit with our 24' trailer and truck.
After a rocky start, we salvaged a nice week enjoying the shade and mountains which dropped temperatures 5-10 degrees below what it was at home. We had a decent view of the lake through the trees, and there were fireflies which brought back fun childhood camping memories.
The park is great for families and folks who spend all day in or on the lake. Beaver Lake is beautiful! It's also a nice central location to venture out and experience the cities and sites nearby.

Stayed one night on August 29 just before the July 4th weekend. Arrived late, at almost sunset. Camp host was waiting for us, got us checked-in and directed us to where we could fill up with water. We were in site 007. As others have said it's a little tricky to back into (easier if you go against the one-way traffic), but with our 23 ft trailer we got it on the first try. Easy walk down to the water's edge. You can walk along the water line quite a ways. Site 008 has access to a really cool little grotto; rock surroundings at the water's edge, very private. Site 009 has a large concrete pad with a nice overlook with railing (it's handicap accessible). Next time we would go for one of those two spots.

This was my first time at Indian Creek, and I love it there! Plenty of spaces to swim and for boats. The water at Beaver Lake is so pretty-blue-green. Nice that there’s a main restroom with showers and mirrors.
Regarding site 33- (I had a tent only)
Pros- It’s very close to the restroom with showers, to the small playground, it’s a short walk to the hiking trail, short walk to swimming. Not sure if a big RV could fit in there but someone after me had a decent sized camper. It was a nice, cozy spot.
Cons- no privacy, it’s right by the main road, so a lot of traffic and noise. Noise is the biggest complaint, but even that isn’t too bad for me,, I’ve been to a lot noisier and busier campgrounds.

Hostes were very attentive, friendly and nice. Grounds were clean and nicely maintained as were the bathroom/shower. Campground views were serene. Campers were friendly and respectful of quiet hours and other campers. Roads were somewhat narrow, you need to know how to maneuver your rv on some of the tight spots, but overall this is a great campground! Would definitely return!!!

Indian Creek is always nice although we had some loud neighbors this trip. And what I mean loud I mean loud late into the night and loud early early in the morning. The campground and facilities are always nice and clean.

It’s a great place! However it is too much to get a spot. We have to start in November for the summer. I liked the old way. Need more first come first serve at the park!

The campground is nice but it was nearly impossible to get our camper backed into our site. We had to come in the wrong way and hope someone wasn’t in the site across from us. Also it was nearly impossible to get out of the site. The site was located on a hairpin curve. If my husband wasn’t as experienced in backing up as he was, we would have never made it.

When I first go there, the place was hard to find because the number was tucked away too close to the spot next to it. Finally another camper -8 months pregnant - found it, I pulled in and the RV with an older couple had such a loud AC unit that I tried to get Recreaction.com to help---no site attendant and no one to help. So I went to to the RV and talked to them and they said they knew it was loud and turned it off.
There was an RV with loud kids. They were yelling and screaming the entire time they were outside, which was daytime to past dark. I had trouble going to sleep til they got quiet. Do people not know others are around?

Love the campground sites near the water. We left our kayaks at the shore for our several day stay. Sad that the park will be closing soon for the season.
