We were fortunate enough to get the coveted #9 camp site for 2 nights. We had to move because it had been reserved by a different camper. Who ever reserved it did NOT show up for the next two nights. We would have loved to enjoy it those two vacant nights! Some how there needs to be a way to keep the NO SHOWS from reserving if they are NOT going to show up.

Nice staff and a nice campground. Reasonably priced . We had a tent site with electricity , fire pit, picnic table, cooking table, paved driveway and abundance of trees. (we had Hammocks also). A+

Pros: Right on the water. Great fire pit with a stove top that was height adjustable. The picnic table was in good shape and I loved the little table top near the fire pit, was great for cooking.
Cons: The water was a little steep to get down to, but our dogs were able to make it up and down. No level earth area for our tent. We ended up setting up our tent on the parking spots. we’re lucky we had enough weight to hold down the tent because it was so windy and we couldn’t stake it down since we were on asphalt.
All in all a great spot if you were bringing an RV or camper and are able climbers to get to the water.

The lake is beautiful and the beach is clear and clean. I love the seclusion of the campsites but maneuvering down the slopes to get to the picnic table can be tricky.

Beautiful, private, smaller campground right on the lakefront. We brought our boat and were able to launch right there on the convenient, although fairly small, campsite boat launch. The staff was friendly and efficient. The grounds were well kept.

This is a well equipped campground with a beautiful lakeside setting. I had a very pleasant time here with my shakeout of my new Roofnest Sparrow XL tent.

This is a beautiful campground, but I would like to see improvements done on the campsites. The roads leading down to some campsites are in desperate need of repairs .Between 2 and 3 the road has big holes in the pavement. Also numbers directing people to the area of the campsites down that road would be very helpful to new comers to the park. The gate attendant is very helpful and very friendly.
