Campsites are situated fairly close together. Do your best to get a site facing the water as that view is fantastic. Campsites on the inner loop where we were are less exciting. Bath houses are dated but clean.

The park has really gotten shady. Campers are allowed to book sites for one night, sit in the parking lot and book another site, leaving trash and cigarettes butts all behind. They are allowed to check out late. Old dilapidated camper left sitting in fishing parking lot the entire time we were there. I don't feel safe there any longer. Unattended kids in the middle of the road. The black vultures are terrible there. The ducks are fun to watch. The bathrooms next to the pines area is the most disgustingly nasty smelling thing and I didn't go in. You can smell it from the road. Going to be a very long time before I want to go back there.

Great site if you have a boat and no little children. Unfortunately, our 4 to wanted to explore everywhere and there was too much traffic. However, we managed to have a great time with a little more of close supervision. Also, we have a great time on the lake while we were in the water.

We were in site 18, very nice site and long. Pretty easy to back into. Further down the loop is very steep and tight and we would not take a big rig around that loop. Unfortunately, when we were there, there were very loud motorcycles coming through multiple times a day, early and late!

Park was clean. Bathroom was clean but a broken door in the men’s restroom. Other than that everything was great.
