We were immediately put off by the grass that's was over a foot high almost everywhere . We changed camp sites a few times b4 we found 1 that wasn't az grown up. The swimming area was tiny & waters were not crystal clear like the Caribbean az described. We had a blast & made the best of it. We just wish we hadn't been lied to, to get us there. There iz no dumpster & few reg trash cans. So just enjoy that it's a camp site, I guess.

Beautiful campgrounds. (Our first time to this area) We were in spot 72 right on the lake. Clean bathrooms/bath houses. Great experience!

Of all the COEs I’ve camped at; this has to be my favorite. What a tropical atmosphere right in a landlocked state.

The only issue I had was the particular sight I was on was close to 70 feet away from the water hookup but this was my only complaint. The camp host was the sweetest older lady you could ever meet

Clean. Easy access. Showers and bathrooms well attended. Hated seeing Roundup used by maintenance. Deplorable chemical but I’m not in charge I guess. Water was clear and warm. Easy to move campsites on the app at the location too.

Everything was great aside from the bath house! The contractor that they have coming to clean the baths is not cleaning with any cleaner just rising everything down with water and leaving. Someone pooped in the women’s shower and four days later there is still bits of poop in the shower! I emailed the Corp that handles this spot and received no reply from them and the camp grounds people explained it is beyond their control as the contractors have been made aware but still have no properly cleaned it. I am so disgusted by the fact they didn’t feel the need to bleach and scrub at least that one stall down.
