What Guests Are Saying
Denby Point is a beautiful and well-maintained campground that offers clean facilities, spacious sites, and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for families and nature lovers. Many guests appreciated the friendly staff, ample shade, and proximity to the lake, making it an enjoyable place to relax. However, some noted issues with GPS directions, uneven camper pads, and the need for more attention to certain bathroom facilities.

The view from site 7 was incredible. The spot was perfect for a little getaway. Even though we had a severe thunderstorm earlier Wednesday morning, it was still amazing. My Coleman instant tent held up during the storm. The Park Rangers come by a few times a day. They even checked for damage from the storm, even though some trees are down. They are in the process of clearing them out.
They've made a change. They no longer have trash cans at many sites; now they are located by the bathroom. Loop A only has a restroom. If you don't mind driving to loop B, C, or D for showers, they do have nice, clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are cleaned daily.

Nice shady site that is right on the water. There is a steep bank to get down to the water and a rocky shoreline. The site is not very and slopes off on the back towards the steep bank. There is a tight loop where you drive up to the site that may be difficult for a long camper trailer.

Bathrooms/showers were very clean and of good size of shower stalls with benches, and plenty of hot water. The rv pads were nice but not level on all of them so leveling kit is preferred to have with you. Plenty of space between lots. Paved road throughout made it a nice walking environment

Beautiful spot. Clean and quiet, lots of shade. If you like hunting crystals, this is close to several mines.

This is the cleanest, most well maintained camp ground I have been to in this area! The camp hosts were amazing and cared for the site like it was their own property. I walked along with them one day while they were picking up trash, and they were picking up pieces of trash that most would overlook such as bottle tops and gum wrappers. Very well cared for grounds. The site we stayed at was mowed/weedeated very low all the way to the wood line. I highly recommend Denby Point.
