We always love our trips at this park. It is close to home & also to our kids & grandkids. Super happy about the cleanliness of the bathrooms....... On both sides of the campground. The workers are always very nice & helpful........... We have another one planned later in the year, but we also plan to get a couple more in between now & then........... Larry & Connie Sanders

We love the Aux Arc COE park. Hosts are friendly, the lock and dam are interesting to watch as barges travel the River. We even love the rumbling trains across the river. The sites are spacious, and the view of the river is peaceful. Excellent playground for kids, and good e-bike riding. The only negative is that they are always behind on mowing.
Rivertowne BBQ in downtown Ozark is good-a 5 minute drive. Wine tasting at the local wineries is always fun. Workman’s Travel Center on I-40 and Hwy 23 is a truck stop so it’s easy for large RVs to get in and out. It’s a nice, large, clean stop with a restaurant.

Enjoyed a beautiful campsite on shores of the Arkansas River. High winds caused a tree branch to fall on the roof of our slide out. We called the park office and the camp host came to check for damage and remove the debris from the roof.
Found a nice restaurant in town.

We always enjoy the stay at Aux Arc. Great camp sites with a lovely river view. Some area of the river front need some attention though to maintain the beauty of the park.
