Aux Arc park offers a lovely camping experience with clean, spacious sites and friendly attendants. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views of the Arkansas River, and proximity to local amenities, including dining and shopping in Ozark. This campground is quiet, beautiful and right in the Arkansas River. Each site has a picnic table with a roof over it, a fire pit and a grill. We would definitely stay here again.

Folks running this place are very nice. People driving way over the limit has become a problem of late. Always have a nice time here.

It is always great camping at Aux Arc. If you do not want to cook there are excellent diners just a short drive away, plus grocery stores and Wal-Mart are close as well. Great campsites and they are not close to each other.

May 7-10, 2023 - Site B04:
We had an amazing time at Aux Arc Park in Ozark, AR. This was our first extended stay at a CoE campground. Our site had electric and water, dump stations were available at two or three different locations throughout the park. Our site backed up to the banks of the Arkansas River, and the Union Pacific tracks were on the other side of the river. We were able to see some barge traffic, boats of all sorts, and trains running while we were there.
Our stay was mainly a relax and unwind stay so we didn't venture out much, but the campground itself does have a childrens play area about midway through the B loop, and a fairly large pavilion available for use. The bath house at the end of B loop next to the boat ramp was clean, efficient and the staff there made round the clock checks to ensure it stayed tidy.
We will mark Aux Arc Campground as a definite return destination for future trips.

We really enjoy staying at Aux Arc. The RV spaces are spacious and well maintained. They have a great view of the lock and dam. There are a lot of birds in the area if you enjoy seeing the different types of birds. The COE hosts are really nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.
