What Guests Are Saying
Aux Arc park offers a lovely camping experience with clean, spacious sites and friendly attendants. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views of the Arkansas River, and proximity to local amenities, including dining and shopping in Ozark. While some noted noise from trains and occasional inconsiderate neighbors, the overall sentiment is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

I loved it here. It's clean and well kept, and not busy. There's a little town within a few miles in case you need something.

The park is not what it was you can not see the river from the camp sites the grass has not been cut. The brush behind the camp sites is a great place for snakes, and insects. The sites are not cleaned and the fire pits are full of junk. We have been camping in these area from the time it was built and for the past few years it is really going down hill. You guys need to check it out and get a look at it.

Another great campground. The only thing is that there are campsites that are split into a Y. Found it difficult to get in. I was in b6. Gotta love your neibors. Mine were great.

The grass between the campsites was overgrown in many areas , making it very difficult to walk to the sites of the rest of our party. Many places 10 to 12” high.

Nice quiet park (at least on weekdays when we were there). Most sites are very shaded, except F loop. B campsites all have nice water views. Possible water access for kayak/SUP from some sites. There is a train that occasionally runs along the opposite bank. There is also a lock on the opposite side of the dam, which we didn't realize initially and wondered where the boats were going.
