The sites are spacious and clean, the bath houses are second to none with the hard work of Paula Franklin the house keeping. The camp host Judy and Richard are really great host.
The sites are level and clean, You can watch the river boats go through the lock and dam

Beautiful little park at Ozark dam in Ozark AR. The folks who run the park were wonderful hosts and took great care of us. The sites are large, many sites are tucked in old-growth woods, and many are also situated next to the lake formed by the dam. We'd stay again if we pass this way.

Campsite was right on Arkansas River which was neat. Grass had not been cut for a bit. We weren't given any campground information upon arrival such as where our campsite was or what to do with garbage. However it is really a very scenic site

Made reservations online for 2 nights at Aux Arc. Recreation.gov took my money at the time reservations were made and sent me confirmation emails. On the day I was supposed to arrive I called the park and spoke to the attendant, no reservation existed, she went on to tell me that I was supposed to be there the day before, which made me a no show and then she had me for the following day but not on the day I was SUPPOSED to arrive. She could not return my funds because I was a no show the day before and not on the future date because it wasn't 24 hours prior. I will NEVER make reservations through Recreation.gov again. Apparently the parks don't honor what you book, bump you for friends is my guess and then keep your money.

Bathrooms were very nice, the grounds were kept very clean. Lady in the office was very kind and helpful. Overall I think this place is top notch in COE camping. Love it and would return more often if we didn't live over 800 miles away! Definitely a 5 star campgrounds, we had site F1, which is the best site in the whole park my opinion.

We had no idea what to expect as we were driving across country and randomly chose Aux Arc as a location to stay for a few days. We were more than delighted by our experience there. The lots were flat, the hookups all worked, we woke up every day to a great view and spent some time fishing. The bathrooms were clean and functional. No issues at all with the dump sites. We couldn't have been happier.
Lots of reviews will mention the train that runs on the other side of the river, and we did see/hear that on occasion, but it didn't bother us at all. We slept with a fan on and it didn't wake us up once.

The park was nice and clean. Nice playground for my grandson. The spaces were a bit awkward and no sewer. We had a great time.
