This is an absolute hidden gem if you want to sit and watch the river!!! We loved it! River barge traffic was awesome but we are easily entertained!!! One captain nudged his 4 barge length double wide over so upstream traffic could pass!!! So glad we got to see it!

First time here. Campground lovely & peaceful and our camp site was very level. Had the type of restroom/bathhouse we love - the kind where shower, toilet & lavatory are all in one private room.

Very clean and well kept. Very friendly gate attendant Tonya May. It was enjoyable watching the tugs go up and down the river. Very layer back. Good grocery store close by.
