I'd suggest if you're looking for great fishing, then this is the place for you. If you don't have a boat, there's always the swimming area and strolls around the campground, but nothing spectacularly scenic except maybe the sunsets over Lake Nimrod.

We loved this campsite. It's a beautiful place and very peaceful. There are several trail heads and scenic hiking nearby. Just remember to bring everything because it's quite a drive to get to any shopping.

Good bank fishing here. Caught some bass. Campgrounds and restrooms were clean. The electric went out while we were there, but that was repaired the same day. Management is very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience!

Bobbie & Weston (the park attendants) are wonderful and keep the park looking very nice & the bathrooms clean. They will help a person any way that they can to enjoy their camping trip.
