Very peaceful and quiet, however, we paid to have a working bathroom on the property and ours was out of order the entire weekend. Being you can't just go outside your tent to "go" we had to drive to another campsite several times just to use the bathroom. Had I known I would have came prepared. We also had to bag and take our trash home, another thing that was annoying.

The entire bathroom / shower building was closed and locked due to a plumbing problem. There were no trash receptacles due to an interruption in the trash hauling contract. Nice park other than those 2 problems, fortunately we were only staying 1 night this time.

Camp hosts were very friendly and done a great job of taking care of the bathrooms. COE and Perry County Deputies patrolled regularly and did a great job checking on the park. It was very quiet and relaxing here with a family oriented atmosphere. Thanks again to everyone for making our trip very enjoyable!
