Overall our experience was decent. The campsites here are a very mixed bag. Our stay included two different sites. #72 which is spacious and well maintained, but doesn’t have its own water hookups. Plenty of shade and a covered table. Our second site, #116 was pretty terrible. This section of the park is once crowded and basically you’re camping on top of other campers and there’s no privacy or space to get away from others noise or lights-or camper water pump noises. I do not recommend 116. It’s mostly old asphalt and a super weird layout that bakes like a pizza stone during the day and radiates heat all night.
