Horseshoe Bend camping in December of 2022 was a wonderful experience. Quiet, clean and relaxing! Granted we only had 6 of us in the park but the people were respectful and nice! We gathered tree dropped branches and trigs for our fire. We had to bring our own fresh water but that was ok with us. Our motorhome proves us with all we needed. There was electricity only, and the sewer dump site was open. Trash can we’re removed but a person came around before noon to collect our trash.

Campground is great, large spread out spots, downside is no sewer on the site, but this is with all the Beaver lake campgrounds, so we knew this going in.

View is beautiful, camp site was nice quite and nice other than lacking water. The showers though are an atrocity. Gross, cold, and the water just sprays everywhere on everything. All your stuff gets soaked, there’s no where to put anything to keep it dry. You just have to free bird it in there and hope no one walks in and sees you naked. It was quite an awful shower experience.
