Camp host and park ranger were helpful to remove branches rubbing on our RV.

The camp host was VERY friendly, and couldn't have asked for a better time. Site 133 is our absolute favorite site, and we will continue to come back again and again. Only complaint is that the light in the men's vault toilets by our site was out, but that really wasn't an issue. They were clean and stocked with paper, so I was happy despite the light.

The campsite was not great. It was on a hill and full of rocks. The only store for miles close by the time we could check in. Overall fun with friends but I would definitely check the campsite before you book

The park was filthy with garbage scattered around a roletop dumpster that was overflowing and had been full for months. This garbage attacked a large group of buzzards that stayed around the campground for weeks. These buzzards actually picked out the rubber weatherstripping around the windshield of a car that was parked in a campsite across from me. They totally distorted this car paint with all the scratches. Also the bathrooms where totally nasty hadn't been fully cleaned in months. I camped for 14 days and only observed a cleaning one time during that time. He walked in with two roles of toilet paper and a spray bottle and I was camping across from one of the bathrooms. Luckily I have a camper that has its own bathroom. So I didn't have to use those nasty restrooms. Also the campsite hadn't been cleaned. The firepit was overflowing with ashes. The pit hadn't been cleaned all season. I noticed that all the firepits in the park was full. I was told by the park attendant that the Army Corps at Beaver lake canceled all cleaning contracts for the cleaners this year and no longer have a full time cleaner staying at the park to save money. So the hired a company and paid an outrageous rate to have them clean a couple hours a day or week as what it looked like to me.

I did not read the thing about no running water there. That is the only reason for not giving the campground a 5 star tating/
