What Guests Are Saying
Prairie Creek offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience, with clean facilities and a lovely location by Beaver Lake, perfect for outdoor activities like boating and hiking. Many visitors appreciated the spacious sites, helpful staff, and the amenities available, including a marina and restaurant. However, some campers noted issues with poorly marked trails, uneven sites, and maintenance concerns, particularly with exposed hazards and cleanliness. Overall, it remains a favored destination for many.

1) Had some difficulty leveling our trailer from front to back due to downward slope to the rear of the pad (site #32)
2) The main comfort station was not cleaned on a regular basis; we stayed for almost two weeks and only saw one occasion where volunteers arrived to clean; there were periods when there was no toilet paper, track was overflowing, and there was water all over the floor
3) We encountered 3 separate occasions of homeless people on various sites; one was on the site behind ours, they had dogs that were left behind during the day, trash all over the ground

Beautiful park; we enjoyed our stay. We saw several deer while diving through the park. We have a 44 ft 5th wheel and stayed in site 76. We had plenty of room on the site but back ing into this site is a little tricky. Site 75 is probably a little easier for getting into with a big rig. Sites on right side of road will handle larger rigs. If you are 40 ft or longer, the right turn into the loop from the check-in stop is a 90 degree turn with gates.

We never seen the host, the bathrooms were not cleaned. And our fire pit was so close to the camper it was not safe to use

We love camping here while we ride the mountain bike trails in Rogers and Bentonville Arkansas. We are close to the trails, a great Mexican restaurant, grocery store and more. Also a great area to launch our kayak to paddle on Beaver Lake. There are pontoon boats to rent at the marina there also.

TERRIBLE NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! We were covered in ticks second after exiting our car. I get that bugs are part of nature but having 3-4 inches of tick infested leafs covering the entire site is unacceptable. We had a toddler and a dog with us. It was unsafe yet they refused our refund request.
