The spot was a perfect spot. I would just look out for weather during the stay. We got caught up in a storm during the week of our stay and had sleep in bathrooms that night. Very close to the lake. They say this spot seems to get more of wind etc.... But we had a wonderful time though the storm and all!!! Going into hot springs they have some great trails.

Nice campsite. I just wish there was a water hookup at each site.

There was only 1 shower house that was operational in the entire park. No rangers around to talk to. The amount of trash on the sides of the road leading in to the park was absolutely disgusting. But blame it on COVID. Doubt very much if we’ll ever return.

Beautiful view from the campsite even though the parking spot is far away form the tent pad.
